S2M provides reputation management, local search optimization, and AI search visibility services to multifamily property management companies. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for engagements are set out in a separate service agreement or order form.

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to access them through unauthorized means, interfering with their operation, or using them for unlawful purposes.

All content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by S2M or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Any performance guarantee (such as our 90-day guarantee) applies as described in the applicable service agreement. Marketing statements on this website are summaries and do not by themselves create a contractual obligation.

Fees are set out in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the timeframe specified in that agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest and suspension of services.

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of performing under these Terms and any related agreement.

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, S2M disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee specific rankings, review counts, or search outcomes outside of guarantees explicitly stated in a signed service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S2M will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you to S2M in the six months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time for any reason.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which S2M is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
